  • Business days are Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT, UTC+0). Orders placed before the cut-off time on a business day begin processing the same day; orders placed after the cut-off time begin processing on the next business day.
