We email your USPS tracking number when your order ships. Enter it below to follow your package on the USPS website (opens in a new tab).

When will my order arrive?

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before our cut-off time, 12:00 PM ET (Monday to Friday), ship the same business day.
  • USPS Ground Advantage (48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.): 2–5 business days after shipping, 3–6 business days in total.
  • USPS Priority Mail (Alaska and Hawaii): 1–3 business days after shipping, 2–4 business days in total.

Need help?

  • Your order number is in your order confirmation email. If you cannot find the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
  • A new USPS tracking number can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.
  • If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will sort it out with USPS. We reply within 1 business day.
